In our Open-Space Baita Suite you have 55 m² of peace and quiet. Here the outside belongs to the inside: Your patio terrace and private garden await you with sun loungers, parasol and a dream view. In the year-round heated private whirlpool under the open sky, you can let all tension fall away and arrive together at a new stage of life.

Up here in the mountains, the clocks tick slower. After waking up, you can enjoy a delicious late riser breakfast until 10.30 am. Let us spoil you with fine breakfast cuisine and local ingredients, such as eggs from our neighbouring chickens.

Here, the colour of love is green. The fantastic view and beautiful weather make you want to go for a long walk? We'll pack you a picnic basket with goodies to enjoy in the forest and on the way.

You just want to put your feet up and do some wellness today? We'll bring the mountain hut flair to your suite with our delicious chalet snack of South Tyrolean specialities.

In the evening, a delicious and fine course menu awaits you in our partner establishment Pippo's Mountain Lodge. Here you will embark on a culinary journey of Alpine and Mediterranean influences, accompanied by a glass of wine from our South Tyrolean vineyards.

    As we have 2 high seasons a year in South Tyrol - in summer for hiking and in winter for skiing - you should send us a reservation request as early as possible to get your desired date. Especially if you have a specific suite in mind, at least 3 months in advance is a good orientation for booking your honeymoon in our chalet in South Tyrol. In general, the earlier the better.

  • Which suites are suitable for our honeymoon in the South Tyrol Chalet?

    Our Baita Suite offers 55 m² of space for romance. With a fantastic view from the panoramic windows and a large terrace with private heated whirlpool and garden. The Baita Suite is always a popular choice for our honeymoon guests. The Superior Suite is suitable for 4-6 people with 75 m², 2 bedrooms and a spacious living area. For your honeymoon in the South Tyrol Chalet, you can of course also book the Superior Suite with private whirlpool and hut flair for your romantic days as a couple. Our Garden Suite Spruce, Garden Room Oak and Garden Suite Larch are wonderfully cosy with the fragrant regional wood from the region. On 45 m² with your own balcony, sun loungers and direct access to the communal garden, you can spend your honeymoon in a South Tyrolean chalet here with a fantastic view of the mountains.

    Dogs are very welcome at Chalet Grumer. Your hosts Alexandra and Phillip and their dog Lilly are looking forward to your four-legged friend's visit. To make sure your dog feels as comfortable as you do, there is a cosy dog bed as well as water and food bowls.     No matter what you mean by romance: A helicopter flight into the sunset, soaring over the mountains together while paragliding, storming the peaks with hiking boots, doing wellness or exploring the surroundings on horseback. For your honeymoon in our chalet in South Tyrol you will all get your money's worth. Oberbozen and the entire Ritten-Hochpalteau area also offer a wonderful mix of nature, culture and tradition. It is worth taking some time to explore here and discover the beauty and cultural heritage of our region: A ride on the Rittner Bahn, our historic narrow-gauge railway between Oberbozen and Klobenstein, offers you not only impressive views of the Dolomites - but also insights into the traditional mode of transport of our region. And in the Ritten Museum in Klobenstein you can delve deeper into the history and culture of our region. The amazing geological formations of our famous earth pyramids are an impressive natural spectacle created by erosion. They are easy to reach from Oberbozen via hiking trails. The Sonnenberg Ritten is known for its picturesque farms. On a walk through the woods and meadows past the old farms you can taste traditional delicacies such as bacon, cheese and bread directly from the producer and learn more about the culinary traditions. The Rittner Horn offers some of the best panoramic views of the Dolomites with 360 degree views. There are numerous hiking trails for all levels of difficulty.
