The Renon cable car is just a stone's throw from Chalet Grumer and offers regular connections between the mountain and the valley below, with the journey from Oberbozen to the centre of Bolzano taking just 12 minutes. In Bolzano, you can stroll through the small sleepy streets and historic arcades to find chic boutiques for shopping. You can also take part in the latest events and happenings in the city. Chalet Grumer has five luxurious suites, ranging between 45-75 square meters in size. A comfortable living experience and first-class facilities await you at our Dolomites hotel. While comfortably seated on high-quality local wood furniture, you can enjoy the cosy rustic living ambience. Our suites combine rustic yet modern designs and some have their own private outdoor hot-tubs. The interiors carefully balance natural and designer elements, with individual items made from a variety of natural materials. Products have been lovingly selected to create customized, unique surroundings.

Our traditional wine cellar boasts a wonderful selection of local South Tyrolean wines, with selected grape varieties from all over the world. Also, our master chef draws his inspiration from various seasonal products, which you can discover through a myriad of courses on offer in our panoramic restaurant. Impressive dishes await, frequently recreated using different combinations of traditional and regional ingredients as well as fresh international delicacies sourced by our chef.

Another recipe for success in our gourmet restaurant are the magnificent panoramic views of the Dolomites, creating a friendly yet discreet atmosphere. In the mornings, you’ll enjoy a rich, healthy gourmet buffet breakfast in our bright and spacious dining room. Start your day with fresh and tasty delicacies, available until 11am. Alternatively, have breakfast delivered directly to your suite by our room service. Our dining room is filled with natural light and is located right next to the garden. It has just 6 tables and can seat up to 14 guests, ensuring a cosy and intimate dining experience.

Our facilities are highly adaptable upon request and we can accommodate larger groups and social gatherings. We also cater for special food requests such as vegetarian dishes or romantic candle light dinners and are always more than happy to help.

Chalet Grumer Suites & Spa has a total of 7 spacious rooms and suites starting from 25 m² to 75 m² for a maximum of 16 guests. The alpine interiors meet modern comfort. The natural materials and lots of details, selected with much love, grant a pleasant stay. Book directly and receive a complimentary Ritten Card for unlimited free public transport in the region as well as free access to more than 80 museums and castles. The Chalet Grumer Suites & Spa can also be booked exclusively as a holiday home for up to 16 people. Prices are per suite and night with the corrisponding standard occupancy.
